This is genuine Florida Alligator - Alligator Mississippiensis species
- (NOT saltwater Caiman).
We are licensed, permitted and bonded by all applicable State and Federal Departments and Agencies,
including the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service. We will provide CITES and other necessary papers for the export of wild Florida alligator to other countries.
The consumer is the success behind wildlife conservation. By buying our products, revenues
are generated for habitat protection and state wildlife programs. As an example, every alligator harvested generates
fees for state wildlife management agencies and habitat conservation activities. We are proud to be part of this successful
cycle that has become a model for conservation programs around the globe.

Did you know?
- Alligator or the American alligator, is the only species from the Subfamily Alligatoridae native to the
United States found in the Order of Crocodylia and Family of Crocododylidae where 25 modern day crocodilians are found around
the world.
- Alligators (Alligator Mississippiensis) are not endangered. Alligators
were completely removed from the threatened list in 1987. The alligator is one of a handful of animals that has recovered
from endangered status.
- Alligator meat and items made from alligator leather
are legal to buy, and are carefully regulated and monitored by state and federal wildlife officials.
- Alligators are found in the wild (marshes, swamps, rivers and lakes) and also found in ditches, neighborhoods,
canals, roadways, golf courses, ponds and sometimes in swimming pools.
- Alligators
can live up to 60 years in captivity; however, alligators rarely live past 50 years in the wild.
- Male alligators can grow up to 14 feet; female alligators rarely get past 10 feet.

Grades: We stock Grades 1 - 4. Our grading is fair and honest.
Prices: Alligator prices run from $9.50 to $25.00
per centimeter (measured at the belly, at the widest section - See picture below) Price also depends upon grade,
size and quantity ordered.
We work directly with alligator hunters and with the tannery.
